"I bought this litter box mainly to make life easier for my mum, who really dislikes handling cat litter, and for myself since I have quite a busy schedule. I wanted something quick and simple where I could just pull a lever to separate the clean litter from the waste, so my cat wouldn’t have to use a dirty litter box. The concept sounded perfect — easy, hygienic, and ideal for saving time. Unfortunately, the product hasn’t lived up to expectations at all. While it does technically filter the litter, it doesn’t do it in an effective way. The filter often gets clogged, and litter regularly gets stuck inside it, which means you have to clean it out manually — defeating the whole point of a self-sifting system. You can only fill a small amount of litter into the tray, and when you try to sift or shift it, the litter tends to fall out through the gaps, even when everything is properly fitted together. The overall design feels awkward and impractical. It ends up being messier, slower, and more frustrating than just scooping manually. I was really hoping it would make things easier for both me and my mum, but it’s actually created more work instead of reducing it. Considering the price — £99 — I expected a much better, more reliable system. For that amount of money, it should at least make the cleaning process faster and more convenient, but unfortunately, it doesn’t. In my opinion, it’s not worth the price at all. It does the bare minimum but with too many flaws to justify the cost. Honestly, I’d much rather scoop the litter myself — it’s quicker, cleaner, and far less hassle."
